Champions in IW

Général — Posté par iceglory @ 21:29

A week ago Ana and Nole won the Pacific Life Open. Fortunately the event was on the week we had holiday so that I could see both of the matches.
It was a great success.:) The trophy is a fish which was a bit funny and weird 'cause Nole's opponent was called Fish..:D Cutie pics were made, I tried to do sg with them but my computer is too slow and the program is not so high developed, etc.. (not direct excuses.:P) At that weekend Kimi won the Malaysian Grand Prix.8)
Today was a match with Dmitry Tursunov and Feliciano Lopez. Well, I'm glad Dmitry won but the umpire was really, really unfair. He directly looked for mistakes.I don't mean technical mistakes 'cause it's obvious to 'warn' about it. But he made him (the player) seething with anger. But his plan didn't work. He won:)) It's just frustrating and..and miserable to see how people can be so wicked. And the commentators were..a bit amateur.:DD Well, it's not Eurosport.:D (Apparently, there also are some, but it's OK.)

Yesterday we saw Step up and had some fuuun. The thing with the cam was the best.;)

I've almost forgotten. My newest favourite songs: www.myspace.com/karryofficiel

I find Brian's free program and anyhow I watch it I feel absolutely pleased and glad and every positive feelings.:)) And the English commentator was also fascinating: 'Joubert-spirit' and the other sayings after he finished his program. Just check out! Today I recorded the gala 'cause I wasn't at home. Hope that the free program would take place on my tape (-->I just recorded a part of that).

Brian Joubert: Free program (the most beloved one:) - 2008 - ISU World Figure Skating Championship - Göteborg, Sweden

!!!Absolutely Amazing!!!

Général — Posté par iceglory @ 22:25

These days were busy 'cause in the first half of it we had to go to school - actually til Thursday. It's just important because of the fact that I couldn't see some of the figure skating events. It was just too late. The championship was amazing itself and a tennis match. (just as usual as for me xD) I start with the first - it's faster. So, I could see Jelena's (Jankovic) and Ana's (Ivanovic) match. The final motions and reactions were absolutely cute.:) How nice when a person can be innocently glad of (in case) her achievement. Some really nice snapshots were also taken. I noticed that Jelena had make-up on her face. I think it's unnecessary if somebody do sports. Hm..I can't explain what I mean..but it's so weird. It can be that the make-up causes her face not to be hydrated or something like that (I don't know properly). All in all I think it's unnecessary because you have to concentrate on your plans and work not what about your looks. It's just my opinion.

The ISU World Figure Skating Championship was the most wonderful thing these days. In every categories. In the Ice dancing I supported Tanith Belbin and Benjamin Agosto but in their first run the girl went wrong and finally they were ranked 4th. Anyway, congrats to them, they managed to go up 1 place after the original dance. It's a high development in ice dancing.
In the Ladies' competition there were a lot of excitements. I'm sorry for Kiira Korpi - she was the 4th after short programme, but then after the free she was the 9th. Sebestyén Júlia (Fskater of our country) did well in the second half of the champioship.--> she came 11th.
The Men's competition was the top of all. I enjoyed seeing them. Mostly Brian Joubert.. he was the 'tourist attraction' (;) for me. Wow, I loved his programme! Also the music, the elements, the performance, everything. From the 6th place he came 2nd. And it was a question for some time if he had been able to be the world champion again. It would have been a really really wonderful act. He was the only person who was able to make jumps with 4 turnings (ooh I'm not sure if these are the correct words for it, but I know you know what I mean). The mood was amazing! Standing ovation during all the performances. Hope it'll be similar in the next years. And the gala will take place tomorrow.8)

Changable weather

Général — Posté par iceglory @ 15:29

The weather here is very moody. In one minute it's raining and snowing, in the other the sun is shining. Our climate is just like a foolish man. I don't want to complain about it 'cause I like it, but it's not so normal in the middle of March. It would be in winter, but not now.. It's again the mankind who causes it..

Jenifer: Comme un hic --> the weather also changes in it, but I also like it so much. Not the circumstances are the only reason for posting it.;)

50 thousand jens (80 thousand forints) were demanded by a group of French, Canadian and Japanese people from the city hall of Tokio because of the statement of the mayor of the capital in 2004. He said: "The French language is useless for counting, so it's natural that it will be deprived from the status >world language<.

'C'est pas logique'

Welcome here again.

It's been a tough week, just as usual.
My Messenger can't work.:( I tried everything to update it, but it was all in vain. So now I'm without it. It's not so pleasent.

On Friday there was a performance in the school because of our revolution in 1848. It was a bit funny with the chorus, especially one of its member was that..:D I hate our blouse..it's like sailors had many years ago. Then on History lesson our teacher said she was sad about the young because they don't respect these 'memory days' and they're not patriotic. Well, this is true, but I don't think we should be.. What the hell this country give to us??..nearly nothing. (nearly should be in brackets but I'm nice..) even it makes us just lose things..I'll be calm in a minute..I promise.:)
On English we listened to a song by the children Alan Sherman--> Hello Muddah, Hello Faddah. It's so funny.:D Eszti, Zsófi: I managed to download it.:D (I was surprised, too.)
On German I had to tell about Switzerland. I was smaaart.8) I could tell the whole 'story' as I learnt and the holiday part was not 'das Sechseläuten'.

My weekend was boring. I just relaxed and read books and learnt a bit and watched Formula one..Hm..I'm not satisfied. Kimi overtook a loads of drivers from the place he started this race..and then the Ferrari broke down. It's so frustrating, 'cause in spite of he lost his places he had overtaken, then he could be able to gain some points. Unlucky man.

The following group is called 'Kyo' and I think they're one of the best bands. The title of this song is 'Sad Day'. (lyrics can be seen)

It's a really interesting article. Mais c'est trop tard maintenant..so I won't translate it this evening. Maybe at weekend. But I post it for my Hungarian readers. xD

Szóval..tényleg érdekes! Wink

'London's burning' - in case 'My finger's burning'

Général — Posté par iceglory @ 16:21

I had an oral test in Geography on Tuesday..I managed to receive a 5, but the teacher told me that I am like a marihuane cigarette. So embarrasing.^^I really don't like this teacher..well, he's such an idiot..*just peace(:* And he told this in my brothers English class instead of teaching it.

We have a stone with Dóree.:) It turned out when we were going to the bus station - it's a really small one, actually - and she started to kick one..and then we continued it almost to the end of our 'going'.:D

On Thursday an event with the name 'Artistic Survey' was located in Kőszeg. It was so funny 'cause we went there nearly instead of all the classes. First was English - we wrote test papers. Second was Grammar which really was the 'talking class' - we went to the castle. Then third was Geography - this was the only class where we studied. Fourth: History - we went to the castle. Fifth: German - we went to the castle. Sixth: Grammar - we stayed. But it was a bit - for me just a BIT - frustrating that we couldn't see a performance which we really wanted to. So we were unlucky and we couldn't blame any other thing, e.g. a person, the organisers..well, maybe them. But we could see our classmates' performances.

The next day in front of physical auditorium we have a big-big laughter..but it's so funny when Eszti laughs..not when but how. (A)

My History test paper is 5 and with just 2 mistakes in it.(: *proud* And my Grammar paper also 5 but it was a surprise for me 'cause I thought it would be something wronger mark.(: *feeling lucky*

Our lecture, MC brings us a lot of threatening tales. I really like them.:) They're scary..for the others.:D

Yesterday in the library I was suggested going to the eventful afternoon. There were/are/will (I don't know exactly) dances and other activities..but my Maths teacher is in one of the dance bands..so I don't dare going there.:D

The boys..no, not the boys, only 2 of them were so kind yesterday that they gave us chocolate for Ladies' Day. Oh and the Maths teacher.:) Not the one who I mentioned previously. This one is a man.

My curiosity increasingly grows..in connection with the last volume of Harry Potter. Unfortunately I haven't found it in the library. So I'll have to borrow.

I'm reading an English-language book these days: The mystery of the mummy. I tried to read it some years ago - as I remember. Now I'm succesful.;)

An interesting programme can be seen on TV in which 5 people cook dinner to each other and then they have to give points. I just didn't see the Friday-episode..but it would be the most interesting..maybe there are some videos. *crossed fingers*

Today while I ws preparing food for lunch I burnt my finger.:( *To Dóree: don't burst into laugh..thx:D*

I know this article is not so much well-organised, but this is how thoughts come up.:)

P.S.: In Dubai Roddick defeated Novak. I'm glad and sad because of them respectively.

40 and a 'quoter'

Général — Posté par iceglory @ 21:44

40..this is a symbolical number for prepatation..as we've studied in Literature.Cool I want to tell you and make you sure at the beginning that I'm not writing this article with a purpose of copying. It wouldn't be me. I just have experience in connection with this.
So. Some days ago while I was searching for quotes I came across a person. He became my favourite 'quoter'. One quotation is secret so far, I have my causes. Investigate this and contemplateInnocent
